Dirty Dogs Grooming Policy Notice

All appointments are booked with an allotted amount of time between each appointment; therefore, your dog’s time is valuable to your groomer.
  • Grooming cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
  • Same day Cancellations or No-Shows will be charged 50% for the groom scheduled and will be applied to next grooming appointment
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered a No-Show and rescheduled for a different date.
  • All dogs must be picked up within One (1) Hour after receiving a call or text of completion of grooming. Failure to do so without prior notification will result in a $5.00 late pick up fee, per dog, for every 15 minutes.
  • For dogs to have the shortest stay necessary, please respect pick up times. We are by appointment only and have limited space.
